To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 20% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).The Apartment Operator will contact you in the next 48 hours to take your crdeit card details, remaining balance is payable on check-in.If the stay is 30 days or longer a further deposit of 25% will be taken within 48 hours by the apartment operator.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of up to 6 nights: if you cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival (cancellation charge of 1 night accomodation).For stays of up to 7-29 nights: 7 days prior to arrival if you cancel within 7 days of arrival ( cancellation charge of equivalent 7 days accomodation)
For stays of up to 30 nights and over: 14 days prior to arrivalif you cancel within 14 days of arrival( cancellation charge of 14 nights accomodation).
Additional Information
No deposit is taken for stays of less than 29 nights.For stays of 30 or more nights, a security deposit is required of £20.00 per day of stay at The Ascott Mayfair. Security deposits are refundable on departure less deductions for any incidental charges incurred.
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
