Booking Procedure
Booking Procedure
Balance is required to be paid monthly in advance.
For bookings of less than 1 month, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
Security Deposit
Card details will need to provided before check-on and will be retatined for the duration of the stay to cover any potential damages to the property.
