Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% of the total amount (this will be deducted from the total amount.) On arrival, guests are required to give a credit or debit card for authorization. The remaining balance will paid on check-out from the apartments.

For stays of 15+ nights, 7 days pre-payment (non refundable) is required 10 days prior to arrival or bill back to company if credit facilities are available. Company payment (without credit) must be paid on presentation of pro-forma invoice.

Security Deposit
On check-in the guest shall complete a credit card authorisation form to guarantee the payments due to the Apartment Operator. These details shall also be used as security against any damages to the apartments or breaches of contract.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 1-14 nights -
Until 12 pm on the day of arrival – no charge
After 12 pm on the day of arrival – 1 night charge
For bookings of 15+ nights -
10 days prior to arrival – no charge
9 days and less – 7 nights cancellation fee

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £35 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
