The Tower Bridge Complex is composed of four buildings in SE1 just moments from the City, Canary Wharf and all the attractions of the Southbank and riverside.
Across our complex we can offer stays from one night to one year and can supply the perfect accommodation for both business and leisure visits to London.

The experience that we have translates into our apartments. From Grade II listed warehouse conversions that date back to the 19th century that provide a fantastic home away from home, to our brand new cutting-edge apartments that are the perfect for any visit to London.

With one easy-to-find reception to check-in, along with ample parking, our four locations are all within a few moments of each other. This enables us to keep our costs low, which we can pass onto you, yet at the same time we can still offer a great service, all within seconds

Booking Procedure

Booking Procedure
Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Full payment is require before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is as follows unless expressly agreed by apartment operator at the time of booking.
For reservations of 3 nights duration or less, a cancellation may be made up to 24hours prior to arrival.
For reservations of 4-6 nights duration, a cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
For reservations of 7 nights or more, then 14 days notice of cancellation will be required.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
Failure to meet these terms will result in charges, detailed opposite.
Reservations for multiple rooms may be treated as a Group booking request and an applicable Group rate and contract will apply. Bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value.
Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee.
Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee.
Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee.

Security Deposit
On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card. Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
