Located just a few minute's walk from Piccadilly Gardens, in the heart of Manchester City Centre, this Northern Quarter Apartment Hotel is a self-contained building with 28 spacious and stylishly decorated apartments. Designed with comfort, privacy and subtle elegance in mind, all apartments are fitted with modern kitchens and bathrooms, and come equipped with 32 inch plasma-screen TV's. CD and DVD players are available on request, and WIFI is free as standard throughout the building. There is even a shopping service provided for those of you who really want to put your feet up! All fresh linen, towels and toiletries are included. Complimentary welcome pack also provided on arrival, including tea, coffee, milk etc.

These 2 bedroom apartments have double beds and can come with two additional 1.5 sofa beds to allow the apartment to sleep up to 6 people. Please mention when enquiring whether you require sofa beds or not.

Booking Procedure

Payment

Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). Serviced City Pads will contact the Apartment Operator within 24 hours and supply your card details by telephone, Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain.
All bookings require full payment to be made upon check-in. Guests will be asked to provide either a valid credit or debit card, or cash to cover the outstanding cost of their reservation. For any bookings to be settled by company account or any credit/debit card other than the guest’s own, written or faxed authorisation must be provided for this purpose. Failure to provide this may result in the guest being asked to settle the account themselves.

Security Deposit

A credit card number will be required on arrival to be held as a guarantee against any extra charges, such as telephone calls, or damages.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 14:00 BST 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.

Parking

Limited on-site parking is available to book for £10 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information

All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
