Our 1 Bedroom Saver Apartments are located on the first and second floors of our complex. The apartments come complete with luxury toiletries from The White Company and a selection of Twinings teas and coffees.Served by a 24-hour service, secure on-site parking and on-site gym, each of the 70 apartments is equipped with a 42 inch plasma-screen TV, movies and games on demand, Hungarian goose feather duvets and Egyptian cotton towels.Located just at the end of Deansgate, the apartments are central for all Manchester has to offer, including Deansgate Locks, Metrolink station, shops and restaurants.

Booking Procedure
Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. The Apartment Operator will contact the guest shortly after booking to take the remaining balance.
Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator will take a security deposit from the credit / debit card in the name of the registered guest when checking-in / collecting keys. Entry will not be permitted without this deposit and no refunds will be given if a credit / debit card deposit is not provided. Any deductions for damage or other chargeable items for which you will be liable will be deducted and you agree that we are authorised to deduct such amounts from this deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For apartments on the 'Saver' rate there is no cancellation policy. All payments made are non-refundable.
Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £9.50 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
