Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking, Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit paid by debit or credit card (this is deducted from the total amount quoted). The Apartment Operator will contact you in the next 48 hours to take the remaining balance and to take a security deposit of up to £250.00 per apartment. A 4% surcharge applies for all debit and credit cards.

Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator reserves the right to apply a refundable security deposit of up to £250.00 to cover any damages to the apartment (this is refunded within 48 hours of check-out provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition). The Apartment Operator will retain the guest's card details for the duration of the booking. The apartment operator will provide a full price list of cleaning and damage costs which will be charged on to the guest’s payment card if any excessive mess or damage is caused to the apartment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation outside 7 Days will be refunded minus 10% admin charge. Inside 7 days - No refund.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
