These are a selection of large, spacious and luxurious serviced apartments in the heart of Manchester city centre opposite the Printworks and within a short walk of the cosmopolitan Northern Quarter with it´s choice of trendy bars and restaurants.

All apartments are fully furnished and include a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob, washer/dryers and all crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware are provided. The open plan living & dining areas have leather couches, dining tables, LCD televisions with built-in Freeview, DVD players and stereos. iPod connectors are available on request, please ask.

Free internet access is available please ask for details when checking in. All apartments are inclusive of all utilities and come with bedding, towels, welcome packs that include tea, coffee milk etc and Brita water filter jugs and also guests toiletries and a weekly maid service.

These 2 bedroom apartments can sleep 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed in the lounge.

We have a manned Ground floor reception on site which is open 7 days a week between 9.30 am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday , Saturday 11.00am till 7.00pm & 12.00 midday to 4.00pm on Sundays and bank holidays A 24 Hour on Call Manager is provided outside of these hours for in house only and an Out of Hours Check-in Facilitity ( must be pre booked ). Extra beds available on request at a charge of £25.00 per night.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. Remaining balance is payable on check-in.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 per apartment is required and will be pre-authorised against a credit or debit card for the duration of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel 48 hours notice must be given before the date of arrival. Any bookings cancelled prior to the 48 hours notice will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge of the full cost of stay. Any bookings cancelled within the 48 hour period prior to stay will incur the full first nights charge.

To cancel or amend bookings made for 3 nights or more, 4 days notice must be given prior to the date of arrival. Bookings that are not cancelled before the required 4 days will be charged 1 full night’s accommodation, according to the rates in the booking. Bookings cancelled within the required 4 days will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge on the full cost of stay. Non arrivals will also incur 2 nights penalty charge.

All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
