Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads require a 15% non-refundable deposit paid by debit or credit card (this is deducted from the total price quoted). The Apartment Operator will then contact the guest within 48 hours to take card details; remaining balance will be taken from the card 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is taken, but card details will be held by the Apartment Operator in case of any damages to the apartments.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings of less than 7 days: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy; bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the arrival date will not result in a cancellation charge.
For bookings of 7 days or more: Cancellation policy varies according to length of stay - will be confirmed before booking.

Additional Information
