Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Serviced City Pads will contact the Apartment Operator within 24 hours and supply your card details by telephone, Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain.
Full payment of the remaining balance will be taken off the card on the morning of arrival. The Apartment Operator does not accept cash payments. Irish Laser cards are not accepted.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 is required upon arrival using valid credit card. This will be refunded on or after departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay.
The Apartment Operator provides no refunds for no shows or early checkouts.

Parking
Parking is available nearby and is chargeable. Please contact the apartment operator for pricing information.

Additional Information
No parties allowed as this is also a residential apartment complex. Parties will be asked to leave without refund.
Please note damage to / missing items or excessive clean up charges are incurred at cost. These apartments have a strict non smoking policy.
