This is a 3 bedroom apartment with a king-size bedroom and two double bedrooms with an additional double sofa bed in the lounge taking the capacity to 8 people.
Booking Procedure
Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Serviced City Pads will contact the Apartment Operator within 24 hours and supply your card details by telephone; Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain. The apartment operator will take a further 50% payment within 48 hours of booking, remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to stay. If the booking is made 28 days or less before arrival, then the full remaining balance will be taken.
Security Deposit
£100 deposit is paid on check-in for keys which is returned on check-out. Payment card details or retained throughout the duration of the stay to act as security for damages.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
