These Grande Studio apartments take the concept of the smart, stylish studios and expand upon it a little. With a slightly larger open-plan living space there's plenty of room to stretch out. Rustle up a latte and warm croissants in the all-white kitchen and return to your luxurious bed with the papers. (Twins and doubles are available). Plan out your day with free web access via your iMac. Then, enjoy a bracing shower in the contemporary bathroom - some are fitted with baths and even their own plasma TVs. Now that's thinking generously.

These Grande Studio apartments can sleep up to 2 people. Most of these apartments have one double bed - however, there are a limited number of these apartments available that have zip-and-link beds so can offer two single beds (please mention when enquiring if you are interested in the two single beds option).

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 12% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Serviced City Pads will contact the Apartment Operator within 24 hours and supply your card details by telephone, Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain.
Remaining balance is taken on check-in - the Apartment Operator accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Security Deposit
A pre-authorisation of the value of the stay is taken from the card used for payment on check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after 12 noon on the day of arrival will be charge the full amount of the reservation. Not applicable for Advanced Saver Rates.

Parking
No on-site parking is available. The Apartment Operator can offer discounted rates at an adjacent car park. Please contact the Apartment Operator after booking for more information.

Additional Information
Special Requirements: Specially adapted rooms are available including wheelchair adapted bathrooms, with lifts in all public areas. Cots are also available, subject to availability. Please check with the hotel prior to arrival.
Security: For security reasons only guests booked in are allowed access to the apartments after 10 pm.
Smoking: All public areas and apartments are Non-Smoking and a minimum of £100 will be automatically charged for fumigation.
Noise: Guests causing nuisance to other paying guests will be asked to vacate their apartments or make a compensatory payment.
Damage: in the event of malicious, wilful or negligence of room or other property damage, the Apartment Operator will charge the amount of any loss sustained, including business interruption losses to the credit/debit card of the registered customer. Where payment by the customer was made by means other than credit/debit card, Apartment Operator will pursue the matter through civil courts.
Pets: No pets allowed.
