The Laystall 2 Bedroom Apartments offer superior accommodation and convenient locations for sightseeing and enjoying all the attractions Manchester has to offer. Providing a genuine home from home, all apartments are fully furnished to a high contemporary standard with LCD TVs, sofas, fully-equipped kitchens, dining areas, spacious bedrooms and more. The apartments are located on Laystall Street in the Piccadilly district of the city centre, just a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Station. Excellently located within close proximity of Manchester’s main attractions, including MEN Arena and Manchester Central as well as all bars and restaurants.

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 5 people in a double room and a second double or twin single room with a sofa bed in the lounge area.

Additional sofa beds are available in some apartments to take the capacity up to 6 people at an additional cost. Please enquire for more details.

These apartments are only available to book on a 2 night minimum on weekend bookings.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total cost of the apartments (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Remaining balance to be paid on check-in.

Guests’ card details will be supplied to the apartment operator by telephone to hold against any late cancellations or no-shows; Serviced City Pads do not retain any card details.

Security Deposit
£250.00 per apartment will be taken upon check-in in cash or as a pre-authorisation on a debit/credit card to cover any possible damages or breach of contract regulations.

Cancellation Policy
The guest must inform of cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a full charge of the stay onto the guest's card.

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £13 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
