Stylish, fully equipped one bedroom apartments with balconies on Deansgate in central Manchester, for short term holiday or business lets of 3 to 90 days. Independently rated 4 stars by VisitBritain.Each apartment sleeps two people, with additional sofabeds available in the living room for up to a further two adults or four children on sofabeds. The full-size kitchens have a Siemens ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washer dryer. Spacious living rooms have contemporary leather and glass furniture and flatscreen digital TVs with CD/DVD players. Each apartment has a telephone, with a free landline calls, and a free high speed 8MB wireless/wired broadband connection.Weekly servicing is included for stays of more than one week.The apartments are located in the award-winning Deansgate Quay development, at the Castlefield end of Deansgate, adjacent to Deansgate station and G-Mex Metrolink, and only a few minutes walk from the city's attractions, nightlife, shopping and business areas including Manchester International Central Conference Centre.Discounted access to the nearby exclusive GL-14 health club, with swimming pool and state-of-the-art gymnasium, is available. A restaurant meal delivery service is available, and menus from many local restaurants are provided in the apartments. Sainsbury's is a short walk up Deansgate. Open parking is available directly opposite, secure parking costs £13 per 24hrs at the nearby Great Northern NCP. Onsite parking can sometimes be arranged for longer stays.Detailed directions are sent with confirmation, keys are then either sent by post in advance or can be collected locally on arrival (Mon-Fri only, before 5.00pm). A £50 refundable key deposit is charged. All apartments are strictly non-smoking , an ashtray is provided on the balcony.

Apartment rates as follows based on 2 people:

• For a booking of less than 7 nights - £90 a night.
• For a booking of 1 week - 4 weeks - £80 a night.
• For a booking of 4 weeks or more - £70 a night.
• For more than 2 occupants add on £10 per adult and £5 per child.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted) After booking the apartment operator will contact the guests to re-take card details. The full cost will be debited from your card 4 weeks before you are due to arrive, or immediately for bookings less than 4 weeks ahead.

Security Deposit
Card details will be retained for the duration of the stay to act as cover against damages or breach of contract.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking up until 4 weeks before you are due to arrive. From that point onwards, even if you decide not to, or are unable to, use the apartment(s) you remain liable to pay for the booking in full.

Parking
Off-site parking is available to book for £14 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.

When debiting the cost of your stay from your credit/debit card, we will take an additional £50 key deposit per apartment. We will either post the keys and entry door code to your nominated address approximately two weeks before you are due to arrive, or make them available for you collect locally on the day of your arrival. At the end of your stay you undertake to return the keys to us in the jiffy bag provided within 7 days, upon which we will refund the £50 key deposit(s) to your card. You also undertake not to have any copies made of the keys.
