Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of up to 12% of the total amount. Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

Security Deposit
A deposit of £100 per apartment will be required on check-in to cover potential damages.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 1-6 nights, 24 hours notice is needed for cancellation otherwise guest will be liable for the full cost of the stay. For 7-27 night stays this period is 7 days and for 28+ days it is 14 days.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
