Booking Procedure
Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15%. Remaining balance will be taken in on check-in.
Security Deposit
At the time of check-in a deposit will be taken of £200.00 per apartment booked and then refunded within 24 hours after check-out or once the apartment has been checked.
Cancellation Policy
If Client notifies of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival, or fails to arrive, the first night's accommodation cost will be charged.
Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £10 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.
Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
