To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).Remaining balance will be taken on check-in. Cancellation Policy Please note that cancellation policy is 24hours prior to arrival. All late cancellations or no-shows will result in the first night of the booking being charged.For any bookings of 5 apartments or more, the period of cancellation notice is extended to 5 days prior. Additional Information A security deposit of £50 per apartment is required per apartment and will be pre-authorised against a credit or debit card for the duration of the stayFor any bookings which are to be settled by company account or any creditdebit card other than the guest's own, written confirmation must be provided stating this. Failure to provide this confirmation may result in the guest being asked to settle the account themselves.All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are Allowed in apartments
