Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £100 per apartment is required per apartment and will be pre-authorised against a credit or debit card for the duration of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation policy is 24hours prior to arrival. All late cancellations or no-shows will result in the first night of the booking being charged. For any bookings of 5 apartments or more, the period of cancellation notice is extended to 5 days prior.

Parking
On-site parking is available to book for £9.00 a night. Please contact apartment operator if you wish to check availability and book a parking space for your stay.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.

For any bookings which are to be settled by company account or any creditdebit card other than the guest's own, written confirmation must be provided stating this. Failure to provide this confirmation may result in the guest being asked to settle the account themselves.
