To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted).Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 BST 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
Additional Information
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments.Pets are not allowed.
