The Aparthotel offers a variety of two bedroom apartments with external car parking. Each is stylishly decorated to the highest standard creating a comfortable yet modern and relaxed living space featuring a 32" flat screen television, Sky, wireless broadband internet access, and a well-equipped designer kitchen, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

All of our bedrooms are dressed with Egyptian cotton bed linen with duck and feather down duvets and pillows filled with curled feather or luxury quallofil fibre. All bathrooms have luxury toiletries.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of 12% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Serviced City Pads will contact the Apartment Operator within 24 hours and supply your card details by telephone, Serviced City Pads immediately shred your card details and do not retain. The Apartment Operator will take a £50.00 non-refundable deposit from the card, with the remaining balance taken 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. For bookings made less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the Apartment Operator will take the remaining balance upon receipt of card details.

Security Deposit
The Apartment Operator requires a security deposit of £100.00 per apartment - this is to be provided in cash. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the Apartment Operator must be notified more than 48 hours before 9.00am on the arrival date. Cancellations made inside this period will result in a cancellation charge equal to the value of the first night of the booking.

Parking
On-site parking is available - one free space per apartment.

Additional Information
All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
