Booking Procedure

Booking:
To secure the booking Serviced City Pads take a non-refundable deposit of up to 15% (this payment will be deducted from the total price quoted). Remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

Security Deposit:
A reservation guaranteed with a credit card will be authorised for payment on the morning of the planned day of arrival, unless the reservation is cancelled as per the cancellation policy. A credit card number is required in order to guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that unless stated otherwise, our cancellation policy is at 18:00 hours on the day prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel your reservation please contact the hotel directly prior to the above stated time in order to avoid a charge.

Non-Smoking:
Please note that the smoking ban across the UK is now enforced and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel including all suites and public areas. Anyone found smoking will be breaking the law and a penalty of £200 will be charged.

Parking:
A limited number of secure car parking spaces are available at Staybridge Suites and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.Additional spaces are available at the ACC Car Park which is located adjacent to Staybridge Suites.
