These apartments offer self catering holiday accommodation in Cornwall's premier holiday resort. Situated right on the beach, ideal for families, surfers and romantic breaks. Enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine, with views right across Newquay Bay to Newquay Headland.

These apartments are situated just 3-5 minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and there is a bus stop at the top of the beach. The railway station is also just 3 minutes walk away and with flights coming into Newquay Airport as well, there is nothing stopping you from getting to Newquay with minimal fuss feeling refreshed and ready for a relaxing beach holiday.

During your stay at Tolcarne Apartments you can eat at the wonderful Kahuna restaurant where you will find a variety of delicious options on the menu, and you can shop at the Venus beach shop or get something to eat at the Venus beach cafe.

These apartments offer two bedrooms, one master bedroom with shower room en-suite on the first floor, one twin bedroom and a main bathroom on the ground floor, kitchen with microwave and lounge/dining area with TV and video. Every apartment has full central heating and double doors onto your private balcony overlooking the beach and sea.

The two bedroom apartments have one master double bedroom and one twin bedroom, allowing these apartments to sleep up to 4 people.

These apartments have a 7 day minimum stay requirement during their peak season (from May - August inclusive). Outside this period there are no restrictions on the length of stay.

Guests with mobility issues are advised that the Tolcarne Beach Apartments do not have a lift, and there are steps up to each apartment.

The reception at these apartments is open from 8:00am to 5:30pm during the peak season. Outside the peak season, it is open from 9:30am to 4:00pm. For guests requiring an after hours check-in, there is a key box system. For any issues that may arise for guests during their stay when reception is closed, contact details of a Tolcarne Beach representative are provided.

There is one allocated parking space per apartment at the beach.

There is a separate communal laundry room for your convenience with coin operated machines - each apartment is provided with an access key.

Full surfing tuition including hire of equipment is available on Tolcarne Beach, plus wetsuit and surf board hire. Special rates are applicable to guests. Apartment Operator can provide more details after booking.

Booking Procedure

Payment

Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The Apartment Operator will contact the guest within 24 hours of receiving booking confirmation to take card details and take a deposit. The deposit is normally £200.00 - for short stays the deposit can be the value of the one night's stay.

Security Deposit

The Apartment Operator does not normally take security deposits. However, for large groups a photocopy of a passport may be made.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation the deposit paid to the Apartment Operator is non-refundable. In the event of a 'No Show' or of a guest cancelling after the 'balance due date' (this is normally four weeks before booking, but depends on how close to the date of check-in the booking is made) the full cost of the period booked is payable. However, if the Apartment Operator is able to re-let the accommodation the amount from the re-let will be deducted from the cost of the original period booked.
In the event of curtailment of stay after arrival the client will be liable for the full amount of stay less any amount taken on re-letting of the cancelled room(s).
All efforts will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation to minimise the cancellation charges.
For guests concerned about the consequences of cancellation, the Apartment Operator recommends that they arrange travel insurance.

Parking

There is one on-site parking space provided with each apartment.

Additional Information

All apartments are non-smoking. No parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed. No barbecues are allowed on the apartment balcony. No alcohol is allowed on the beach.
