Every apartment has a bright, wooden-floored living area with a flat-screen TV. Most have French doors leading out onto a semi-circular balcony with views over the city. Each apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The bathrooms are fully tiled, and include both a bath and a shower.
The apartments are just a few minutes’ walk from the National Ice Arena. The Royal Concert Hall is 10 minutes’ walk away, and Nottingham Rail Station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

To secure the booking a 15% non-refundable deposit is required (deducted from total cost.) Serviced City Pads securely supply card details to apartment operator and the remaining balancewill be taken from the card 7 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by the Apartment Operator at least 7 days before the check-in date. No refunds after this date.
Security Deposit
Apartment Operator retain credit card details to cover any dilapidation or damage costs to the apartment.

All apartments are non-smoking. No Parties are allowed in apartments. Pets are not allowed.
