Booking Procedure

Payment
A payment of 14.38% of the full amount is required to secure the booking. The full payment for the remainder of the balance for the rental is due to the operator no later than 7 days prior to the arrival day unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation

Cancellation of a booking must be confirmed in writing. If cancellation is made up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of non-arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Additional Information
No pets. No smoking in the apartments.
The apartment operator does not accept bookings from same-sex groups of more than 4 adults or children under 14 years of age since the apartments are unsuitable for younger children.
Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust expects the apartments to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If, at the Trust's discretion, additional cleaning is required on departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged as an additional charge.
If an apartment is deemed unfit for occupation due to damage caused to interior décor or furnishings, the booker will be obliged to pay compensation to Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust for loss of revenues in addition to the costs of cleaning and repair.
