Calling all UK Serviced Apartment Operators

Thursday, June 24th, 2010

If you are a serviced apartment operator in the UK either looking to expand your serviced apartment portfolio into further cities across the UK; or looking to shrink your UK operation it is worth calling Chris Rose, Managing Director at Serviced City Pads.

Serviced City Pads have a number of industry contacts who are keen to take over leases for property developments that are already being managed as Serviced Apartments in London, Birmingham and any other cities around the UK. If you are a serviced apartment operator looking to sell the lease on your development, call Serviced City Pads. All calls will be dealt with in complete confidence.

Alternatively, if you are a short stay apartment operator looking to grow your business into cities that you don’t currently operate in please also call Serviced City Pads. We have  contacts who are looking to do deals on city centre property developments that would be delighted to be made aware of interested parties – particularly serviced apartment companies willing to commit to take long leases on their developments.

It was only a couple of years ago that Serviced apartment companies had a wide choice of newly buily and freely available city centre apartment blocks, in virtually every UK city. Things have changed somewhat, with the supply of such properties beginning to dry up. That is why contacting Serviced City Pads, who will act on your behalf in a consultative and professional manner, can only be a good thing for your serviced accommodation business.

There is still much room for growth in the UK serviced apartment industry, with key provincial cities such as Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool and Manchester being seen as the areas of best potential.

If you would like to discuss further, please call Chris Rose on Serviced City Pads on 0844 335 8866.

Serviced City Pads, the liverpool based serviced apartment booking company, has recently added a number of cities to it’s growing portfolios of apartments listed across the UK.

Chris Rose, Director at Serviced City Pads commented “We now have apartments listed on the site as far north as Aberdeen in Scotland down to Portsmouth on the South coast of England. The Magical Mystery Tour

Liverpool turned 800 years old during 2007 – and what a rollercoaster ride it has been!

On your short stay in a Serviced                City Pad in Liverpool enjoy celebrating the story of Liverpool, the magical mystery tour takes visitors on a fast paced, dynamic journey of discovery, with the help from time travelling taxi driver. Told through the lives of Liverpool people through the ages, the exhibition charts the city’s growth from a tiny fishing village to a busy port.

You can discover the very origins of Liverpool and why King John decided to establish a town here in 1207, examine the Liverpool charters and look around the reconstruction of the long lost Liverpool Castle. Trace the evolution of the settlement from its earliest pre-historic roots and examine life in the medieval and early modern town – through political turmoil in medieval times to the English Civil War in 1644 – before the ports emergence as a Victorian metropolis of global significance when Liverpool was dubbed ‘the second city of the British Empire’.

The story is brought up to date with the challenges faced by those living in the city during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, such as a dramatic drop in life expectancy and the blitz that altered the very face of the city in the 1940’s.

Liverpool shoppers…..Your wait is almost over!

Friday, May 23rd, 2008

Thursday 29th May sees the much anticipated opening of phase 1 of the Liverpool One project.

The opening of Liverpool One, a £1 Billion retail, residential and restaurant development in the heart of Liverpool city centre will see Liverpool relaunched as a mecca for the fashion conscious shopper, meaning that for the first time in many years Liverpool can offer a viable alternative to the shops of Manchester and beyond.

This opening on May 29 represents only the first of 3 phases at Liverpool One – phase 2 will offer a number of top quality restaurants plus more shops; whilst phase 3 is made up of over 300 residential apartments that look out towards the Albert Dock in a fantastic building designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli.

The retail aspect of the project is anchored by 2 huge flagship stores: John Lewis and Debenhams, with other shops including All Saints, American Apparel, Gap, Monsoon, and Oasis to name just a few, with plenty more to follow later in the year. And it’s not just about moving existing brands from one site to another, there are many stores entering the Liverpool market for the first time.

Chris Rose, director at Serviced City Pads, a Liverpool based serviced apartment operator commented, “The opening of Liverpool One is a massive and much needed boost to the shopping experience of Liverpool city centre. It feels like the city centre is being reborn. Not only will this project create many new permanent jobs in Liverpool, it will also attract weekend visitors to the city who would previously have gone to Manchester, Leeds or even Chester. It’s great news for the economy of Liverpool.”

If you thinking of visiting Liverpool why don’t you stay in a short stay serviced apartment? Check out the Serviced City Pads website at www.servicedcitypads.com. Alternatively, call 0151 709 8000 and ask for Martin or Chris. They will be delighted to find you the perfect place to stay for your time in Liverpool.
