It has been announced that Mamma Mia, the hugely popular hit musical, will be taking up residence at the Liverpool Echo Arena between 3rd – 20th June 2010. The musical is based on the music of ABBA and was recently transformed into a massively popular film, starring Meryl Streep.

Ticket prices for Mamma Mia start at £15 and can be purchased directly the Echo Arena box office.

It is great news for Liverpool that such a successful musical is visiting the city. A 3 week residency is great news for the Local economy and visitor numbers to Liverpool are bound to increase on the back of this show.
