Marshall Square is situated in a quiet residential area, close to Southampton common and the historic Cowherds Pub. Five minutes drive in to the centre you will be in Bedford Place, home to many wine bars and restaurants.

Only ten minutes drive you will find West Quay which boasts over ninety stores spread over three shopping levels. Four bedroom townhouse located in the in The Inner Avenue, a five minutes’ drive in to Southampton city centre.

There are three double bedrooms and one single bedroom (one bedroom is on the ground floor and the other three bedroom are on the first and second floors); the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The main family bathroom is spacious and situated next to the second bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob and utensils and crockery

Booking Procedure

Payment
To confirm the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. Within 24 hours of booking the apartment operator will contact the guest to take a £300 holding deposit deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance is then payable 14 days before check-in. If bookings are made within 14 days of arrival then full payment is required. For long stays payment is required upfront at least every 28 days.

Security Deposit
A Security deposit may be taken to cover additional charges including breakages, damages and additional cleaning incurred during your stay in the case of Hen Parties, Stag Nights or any other function in Town or Country's judgement which may result in disrepair to the property. Town or Country reserve the right to deduct from the security deposit without further notice all amounts chargeable in respect of breakages, damages and all additional cleaning to a limit of £100.00.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within fourteen days of the arrival date, a 50% charge of the total amount will be incurred. Should Town or Country manage to occupy the property by another guest then you will receive a full refund minus a £100.00 administration fee.
