Contemporary two bedroom apartment located in the exclusive Ocean Village complex, a few minutes’ walk in to Southampton city centre. The lounge/dining area is spacious with a balcony and can easily entertain friends and family. The main family bathroom is spacious and situated next to the second bedroom. This apartment is on the top floor and can accessed by the lift or stairs.

Booking Procedure
Payment
To confirm the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. Within 24 hours of booking the apartment operator will contact the guest to take a £300 holding deposit deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance is then payable 14 days before check-in. If bookings are made within 14 days of arrival then full payment is required. For long stays payment is required upfront at least every 28 days.
Security Deposit
Card details will be take from guest to cover additional charges including breakages, damages and additional cleaning incurred during your stay in the case of Hen Parties, Stag Nights or any other function in apartment operator’s judgement which may result in disrepair to the property. The apartment operator may reserve the right to deduct from the security deposit without further notice all amounts chargeable in respect of breakages, damages and all additional cleaning to a limit of £100.00.
Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within fourteen days of the arrival date, a 50% charge of the total amount will be incurred. Should apartment operator manage to occupy the property by another guest then you will receive a full refund minus a £100.00 administration fee.
Two weeks’ notice to vacate is required; unless the departure date has been previously agreed. However should apartment operator be able to sell the accommodation you will be credited and only a small handling charge made.
