The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob and utensils and crockery. Everything you need in a home from home environment.

This lovely apartment is ideally located in the City Centre with only a short distance to the main shopping areas with West Quay shopping mall, and food hall. The picturesque Ocean village marina with a few restaurants and bars is only a short 5-10 minute walk from the accommodation, Sunday breakfast at Banana Wharf!

All the trendy bars and restaurants in the City's well known Oxford Street are also only 5 minutes away.

The Apartment Operator will meet the guest at check-in to hand over the keys and show them to the apartment.

An airport transfer service can be arranged for guests - contact the Apartment Operator after booking for more details.

Booking Procedure

Payment
Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% to secure the booking (this is deducted from the total amount). The Apartment Operator will contact the guest within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation to take card details. The remaining balance will then be taken from this card 7 days prior to the check-in date. If the booking is made within 7 days of the check-in date, the remaining balance will be taken on check-in.

Security Deposit
For stays of less than 7 days, the Apartment Operator will take credit card details on check-in to cover any dilapidation costs to the apartment. For stays of 7 days or longer the Apartment Operator will take a £200 security deposit from a card. This will be refunded after the guest has left.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by the Apartment Operator at least 7 days before the check-in date. Administration charges will apply.

Additional Information
This apartment is non-smoking. No parties are allowed in this apartment. No pets.
