These two bedroom apartments are ideal whether you stay is for business or leisure. Ideally located in Parkgate 8 miles to Southampton and 10 miles to Portsmouth, close to all major transport routes. There is a convenience store within a five minute walk for all your local amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date. There is a traditional local pub called the Talisman, the local Chinese 'Kam's Palace' and the brand chained restaurant TGI’s.

It may be that you have family coming to stay for a seasonal event or for a wedding and need to find them accommodation. Instead of giving them just a hotel room look at the alternative a spacious apartment with their own facilities to cook, entertain and relax.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, bed side tables with nightlights and an alarms clock. There is an en-suite with a shower, wash basin and complimentary toiletries and towels are supplied upon arrival. The second bedroom has a single bed with an additional single pull out bed, a wardrobe and bed side tables.

Booking Procedure

Payment
To confirm the booking Serviced City Pads require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. Within 24 hours of booking the apartment operator will contact the guest to take a £300 holding deposit deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance is then payable 14 days before check-in. If bookings are made within 14 days of arrival then full payment is required. For long stays payment is required upfront at least every 28 days.

Security Deposit
A Security deposit may be taken to cover additional charges including breakages, damages and additional cleaning incurred during your stay in the case of Hen Parties, Stag Nights or any other function in Town or Country's judgement which may result in disrepair to the property. Town or Country reserve the right to deduct from the security deposit without further notice all amounts chargeable in respect of breakages, damages and all additional cleaning to a limit of £100.00.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within fourteen days of the arrival date, a 50% charge of the total amount will be incurred. Should Town or Country manage to occupy the property by another guest then you will receive a full refund minus a £100.00 administration fee.
