Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation we must be notified 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid a charge of up to the first 7 nights accommodation.

Security Deposit A security deposit of £250 per apartment will be required on check in. This can be paid in a number of ways: We can accept a cash payment and return this on departure following a room inspection. Alternatively, we can pre-authorise a credit card, which does not debit the account, simply holds the funds which are released back into the account (up to 7 days depending on card issuer). Debit cards are not accepted for pre-authorisation. If you only have a debit card, we can charge the amount to the card and refund on departure following a room inspection. There are also numerous cash machines nearby to withdraw cash.
