The Holyrood Parkgate apartment provides up to four guests with superb, contemporary self-catering holiday accommodation in an ideal city centre location. Set in the very heart of the Historic Centre of Edinburgh, the apartment is a ten minute walk from Princes Street and within easy walking distance of the many leading luxury department stores, fabulous restaurants and world famous tourist attractions that Edinburgh city centre has to offer. Close to Holyrood Palace, the Royal Park, the Dynamic Earth and the heart of Edinburgh City, Parkgate is the perfect location to explore all Edinburgh's tourist attractions.

The flat is stylishly decorated and comprises of - hall, elegant living room with beautiful views across to Arthur's Seat, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2nd double bedroom which can be booked as twin or as a king size bed on request, both bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, bathroom, breakfasting kitchen.

Parkgate has two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower-room and there is also a family bathroom with another shower. We provide all linen, towels and power. For guests staying more than one week a change of linen is provided each week.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Payment

Full Payment will be made upon receipt of invoice. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 48 hours will result in a 100% charge. Cancellations outside of 48 hours will be refunded minus the 15% deposit paid to Serviced City Pads.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £200 per apartment will be required on check-in to be taken as a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card. This is to cover against any damages or extra costs incurred from the stay. Funds will be frozen for up to 5 working days.
