Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to full cost of the stay. Early Departure Notice of early departure is required, in writing, 14 days prior to the guest€™s new departure date.

Security Deposit While the apartment operator reserves the right to ask for a deposit prior to, or on check in at our sole discretion. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of the end of your stay, providing there is no damage to the apartment & all relevant details for the refund have been supplied.
