This contemporary and newly built Bearbrook Studio apartment is situated right in the heart of the city. Under a five minute walk away from the main train station, as well as being ideally located near all the bars, restaurants and shops that Aylesbury has to offer. Further, being so close to the main train line the Bearbrook is an ideal location for all those commuters to the capital, with a train reaching London Marylebone in under an hour.

The modern feel of the studio is echoed throughout the apartment, with an open plan sitting room and dining room with L shaped sofas, allowing for that extra room. Of course the Studio has all the added benefits of wireless broadband, Sky TV, and parking not to mention the amazing Aylesbury views being on the fifth floor gives you. Cancellation and Security Deposits

Security Deposit

Individual owners may require a damage deposit, and this is outlined on the property description on our website. The deposit is payable directly to the owner (if applicable), and will be requested by the owner once the rental is paid in full.  The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

Cancellation

Any cancellation made by the Client for whatever reason shall be in writing and addressed to Lets Unlimited.  The effective date of cancellation will be the date that the written instructions are received by us.  The following cancellation charges shall apply:

• More than 8 weeks before the commencement of the booking: loss of 1/3 of the booking cost (paid as a booking deposit) plus the booking fee. 
• Less than 8 weeks before the commencement of the booking:  the full cost of the booking and the booking fee.
