Positioned just 5 minutes' to the train station, 10 minutes' walk to the North Lane area and just over 10 minutes' walk to The Lanes, and the seafront makes this property a desired choice for short breaks and company lets. There are two faux leather sofas for you to sit back and relax with a book, or watch one of the 120 TV channels available on the satellite TV. You will also find high speed unlimited WI-FI, and for your entertainment iPod dock lead which you can use to connect your iPod and play music through the surround sound system, along with a DVD player which will also play CDs.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

In the case of a cancellation, the operator must be informed in writing or via email.  Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive it in writing or via email at our offices. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost of the booking excluding amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

A £300 security deposit is required, this will be returned on check-out.
