The central location gives easy access to London,s tourist sights and business hubs. Hanover Place offers a direct transport link to Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation is as follows;

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival unless €œspecial€ rates such as flex or non-refundable are booked. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, as follows:-

• Stays of 1 €“ 28 nights will be charged two night€™s cancellation fee
• Stays of 28+ nights will be charged a 7 night cancellation fee
• €œSpecial€ rates and any bookings made under a promotional codes or non-refundable rates, incur a cancellation fee in line with the length of the stay and booking type.
• Group bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 7 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value.

Pre-authorisation / Booking Deposit
A pre-authorisation will be taken on your credit card to confirm the booking. Bookings in excess of 28 days will require a deposit on booking. This deposit will be agreed in writing prior to booking.
