Located in the industrial chic area of Hoxton, guests will find that space meets comfort and functionality and luxury go hand in hand. All the apartments feature ample storage for guests' belongings and individual furnishings maintain a unique character of the properties.

The apartments benefit from natural light provided by floor to ceiling windows and many of the apartments also boast the luxury of a private balcony. The vibrant Hoxton area has a range of cafes, restaurants and bars with Hoxton station only a couple of minutes' walk these apartments make a great location for either business or leisure.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Deposit

Your deposit will be refunded following your stay after deduction for any lost or damaged articles or property, or for any material deficiancy whatsoever, plus deduction for any bank changes incurred. We would ask that you wait for 2 weeks following departure should there be any issue with this refund.

3.2 You are required to inform us of any damage, loss or broken items or any general maintenance issues immediately. Any excessive damage to the property excepting normal wear-and-tear and any loss or damaged articles, bank charges or any deficiency will be charged in full to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given where we have received suitable written notice of the cancellation. The notice period required for cancellation is:

• For bookings up to 6 nights duration - 5 days notice prior to arrival date is required. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge.
• For bookings between 7 and 27 nights duration - 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 7 days before the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 night€™s accommodation will be incurred
• For bookings between 28 and 179 nights duration - 21 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10 night€™s accommodation will be incurred.
• For bookings of 180 nights duration and over - 28 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 21 night's accommodation will be incurred.
