Lawns Court is an exciting new development of brand new luxury self-catering apartments, with private allocated off-road parking and only a stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants and other amenities. Come to Sandown for your holidays where you can enjoy the best of both worlds the Beach (5-10 minute walk) on your front door step, and the beautiful downs and country on your back door step. Apartments are situated in a pleasant area of Sandown, with all amenities in walking distance including the Railway Station and bus stops to enable you to explore the rest of the Island during your stay.

For those that enjoy nothing more than a good book and a tube of sun cream to while away those hours, our award winning blue flag beach is just a 5-10 minute stroll away! For those who like to be "Up and About" the Island has so much more to offer for everyone. Each Apartment offers luxury accommodation. We have the latest fire and intruder alarm systems.

Cancellation and Security Deposits

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will apply: - If you cancel upto 4 weeks before your arrival, 75% of the total cost will apply. - If you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date there will be no refunds. - 6 days or less or if you do not complete your stay the full cost will apply. If we can rebook your apartment we will refund the difference.
