Cancellation and Security Deposits
Security Deposit A security deposit of £50 per person may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact. Please note Apartment Operator reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s). Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to midday (Irish time) on the day of arrival, and received by the Apartment Operator by email. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline, other than the loss of any deposit paid. If Client notifies of cancellation within 48 hours, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted on Prepay and save rates.
